On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 3.00 pm.
If you arrive earlier, you have the possibility to use the garden or the internal bar area, in the meantime you can leave your luggage at the reception.
It is necessary to notify in time if you plan to arrive after 19:00.
On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10.00.
The office for the registration of documents, the management of payments and various information / communications is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
The caretaker is present from 19:00 to 09:00

- Tourist tax
- Deposit of € 200 in cash or credit card
